  1. What is COMFY SPACE?

    COMFY SPACE is the brand name of our company that is dedicated for custom orders either local or overseas; therefore, prices are not shown on the website. Once customers submitted their design images and detailed specifications, our professional team will help make it a reality.

  2. What kind of detail description do you need?

    We need you to specify the sizing information (measurements), the type of materials such as wood selection, aluminum, stainless steel, synthetic rattan, natural rattan, mesh f fabric, etc.

  3. Can we order the item based on our budget range?

    We are flexible to manage the item price as reasonable as we can.

  4. Do you share our design information to anyone?

    Every original design that submitted to us will be kept confidentially and 100% is safe

  5. Do you have a minimum order for custom made furniture?

    We apply no minimum order policy under certain condition.

  6. What is the terms of payment?

    50% down payment and balance payment before delivery for local projects and against original documents for overseas projects.

  7. What is the lead time?

    Depends on the quantity order, normally 2 weeks for mock up sample and 6-8 weeks for the production after the down payment is settled and final drawing is approved.

  8. Do you offer warranty for furniture products you sell?

    Yes , we offer protection plans for materials that applied on the furniture refering to the suppliers’ warranty policy for an example 3 year warranty for viro and rehau rattan synthetic, 5 year warranty for sunbrella fabric , 3 year warranty for batyline and stamskin fabric, etc.
